TERMS OF SERVICE
general information
✧ Payment accepted via PayPal or Venmo (USD) paid upfront
or in half installments for commissions over $100 (before sketch, after sketch).✧ All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise stated. See rates for commercial commissions below.✧ I reserve and retain full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork, including the right to post it on my social media page(s).✧ I will not draw: gore, NSFW, furries, or real people.✧ Prices are subject to change depending on complexity.✧ Backgrounds, extra props, and additional characters will incur extra charge.✧ You will receive: multiple check-ins, progress photos, and a Google Drive folder with the final artwork and more.
refund and revision policy
✧ 100% refund before I start sketching.✧ 50% refund before I start coloring.✧ No refunds after I begin coloring.✧ All references should be sent to me before I start sketching.✧ By not sending me references, you give me the creative freedom to draw your commission how I see best fit.
What are major/minor revisions?
✧ Major revision: moving of any large body part/element, such as hands, large areas of hair, eyes.✧ Minor revision: changes that do not change overall impression of artwork such as adjusting hue of a small area, slight expression changes, removing/adding a few strands of hair.✧ 2 major revisions free of charge during the sketch phase.✧ 2-3 minor revisions free of charge during line art and coloring stages.✧ I do not make major revisions after we have agreed on a cleaned and final sketch.

| + Background | add >$20 | Beginning at $20 for simple bg. Prices will be discussed on an individual basis. |
| + Multiple Ver | add >$20 | Beginning at $20 for small changes. Prices will be discussed on an individual basis. EX: different facial expressions, adding prop, changing color. |
| + Additional Character(s) | - | For every additional character in the same commission, add 75% of commission price (up to 2 times). If your base is $100, then $100*0.75=$75 added onto $100 for a total of $175 for 2 characters. |

✧ 50% added charge:
Intended for online promotional posts and short videos featuring streamers, VTubers, etc. on social media platforms.
Standard commercial license granted with non-exclusive rights.
Artist retains intellectual property of the commission.
✧ 100% added charge:
Intended for VTbers or PNGtbers to use commission as persona on stream.
Covers stream assets like starting/ending screens and overlays.
Suitable for smaller-scale convention prints and selling.
Standard commercial license granted with non-exclusive rights.
Artist retains intellectual property of the commission.
✧ >200% added charge:
Enables mass production and digital or physical merchandise.
Grants the client complete exclusive rights to the commission.
